CREATIVE ROAD developed the public art strategy for Landscapes of the Line, a landmark cultural initiative within NEOM’s ecological and urban transformation in north-western Saudi Arabia. Collaborating with McGregor Coxall, the strategy established a curatorial framework for major, site-responsive artworks spanning natural coastlines, restored ecosystems, and designed waterfronts. CREATIVE ROAD’S role focused on curatorial direction, artist selection protocols, and integrating public art into a future-facing, environmentally attuned vision. Our approach emphasised artist-led outcomes, cultural sensitivity, and scalable delivery models suited to the project’s global visibility and ecological ambition.
