The Public Art Masterplan provides an action-focused framework for embedding creative outcomes across one of Victoria’s fastest growing municipalities. Developed with Melton City Council, the plan establishes curatorial themes, governance models, and staged implementation pathways to guide commissions in civic, commercial, and community settings. Detailed site mapping, consultation with diverse stakeholders, and tailored delivery recommendations ensure the framework is both practical and adaptable.

CREATIVE ROAD combined national benchmarking with local insight to shape a culturally responsive and intercultural approach—recognising the region’s many communities and perspectives. The outcome equips Council with tools to commission, integrate, and manage impactful artworks that strengthen identity, foster connection between cultures, and embed creativity in everyday experiences as the city continues to expand.
