Two of Bundjalung artist Digby Moran's original cloth paintings — Someone's Always Watching You and Floating Through My Spirit Home — were translated into a suite of corten steel panels, now permanently integrated into the building facade. The works draw on Moran's deep connection to the Richmond River and his heritage on Cabbage Tree Island, referencing ancestral presence, spiritual guardianship, and saltwater identity.

CREATIVE ROAD was engaged to commission the work and supported the artist through close consultation at every stage, ensuring his voice and vision were upheld throughout the process. Since his passing, the artwork has taken on added significance as a public legacy, embedding his stories, spirit, and cultural knowledge into the daily life of his hometown.
