CREATIVE ROAD is managing the delivery of Drawing Breath, a major new public artwork by Hannah Quinlivan commissioned for the National Arboretum Canberra’s 10th Anniversary. Due for installation in 2026, the sculptural work will appear to float on top of the Ginkgo Dam, becoming a significant addition to the Arboretum’s growing Forest Sculpture Gallery. Drawing on themes of regeneration and intergenerational care, the work reflects the resilience of both the natural world and the Canberra community. As Quinlivan notes, it speaks “not only to our generation but to those who will follow us.”
